Polyester Modified Silicone Resin Coating

Take out 100 parts of lotion and mix in 38.7 parts of titanium dioxide and 15 5 parts of water, resulting in a coating viscosity (DIN, 'P4mm cup) of 32s.

Apply it to a metal plate and bake at 200 ° C for 1 hour. The film thickness is 25 µ m. The hardness (pencil) is 5H, and the gloss at 60 ° C is 91.

Starting from the intermediate of burnt oxygen based silicone resin and polyester containing tibia, a one-step continuous process can be adopted under acid catalysis to produce polyester modified silicone resin with low curing temperature, good heat resistance and mechanical properties.

Room temperature curable unsaturated polyester modified silicone resin weather resistant coating.

It can be obtained by the reaction of unsaturated polyester terminated by tibial group, silicone resin intermediate containing alkoxy group, polyisocyanate and polyneneneba allyl acyl (and/or acrylic monomer containing active hydrogen). For example, 450g of unsaturated polyester [made from maleic anhydride and propylene glycol] and 600g of PhSi C OSiMe ­ PhOMe) 2 OMe, reacted at 140 ° C for 4 hours to obtain unsaturated polyester modified silicone resin. Take out 452g of the product, add 66.5g of isophorone diisocyanate, and react at 60 ° C for 3h. Add 23.2g CH2=CHCOOC2 to OH and 26 6g HOCH formula CCH2OCH2CH=CH2 and reacted at 60 ° C for 4 hours. In the obtained product, organic peroxides and octanoic acid drills were added as catalysts and coated on glass slides. After 1000 hours, the coating showed no microcracks, while those without silica burning exhibited cracking.
